Whether its a girl's night in, a birthday party, a wedding or other celebration, Permanent Jewelry makes a fun, classy addition to your event. We are licensed to operate and travel to events across Arkansas and subject to availability, we would love to come to you!
How Does It Work?
Step 1 | Get In Touch
Complete the form below requesting the date and time you would like us to be there.
Step 2 | Getting the Details
We will confirm the number of people you anticipate will be attending and are interested in jewelry, and advise on how long we will need to fit everyone. It typically takes 10-15 minutes per person.
We will finalize the logistics for the event - the start time, expected end time, indoors or outdoors. We are self sufficient and can provide our own power, tables and chairs, but we are happy to work with you or your event coordinator (e.g. weddings) to use your setup.
Step 3 | Payment and Confirmation
With all details finalized, you will receive a booking payment link for the booking fee. Our standard private event booking fee is $50 indoors, $100 outdoors or a special Private Party Special as seen on Instagram (email for details). Unlike many Permanent Jewelry businesses, we do not have a minimum spend requirement but ask for at least 5 participating guest. Payment must be received no later than 14 days before the event, or 24 hours if booking with less than 14 days notice.
Step 4 | Event Time!
We will contact you within the week before the event to confirm all the details are accurate.
We will arrive approximately 20 minutes before the start time to set up.
Event guests will be able to pay by credit / debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp or cash.
